Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary based upon the product you are purchasing and the factory your order is being produced at. Delivery times are listed on each product page under product details.  Shipping & Handling is added to the final cost of the order and is viewable in your checkout page before you submit your order. Rush delivery is available on some products.  Please contact customer service to see if Rush Service is available for the product you are purchasing.  If Rush service is available and there is an additional cost, it will be charged to you separately. 

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address
Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.


Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancelation
If your order is custom imprinted we must ask that you cancel your order within 24 hours of time of order to ensure that you will get a full refund.  Cancelation may be possible after 24 hours on some orders but you may incur a cancelation fee.  Orders must be canceled by emailing:  service@golfpremiums.com or calling customer service at 1-800-873-8160.  Please contact customer service if you have any questions about canceling your order.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Furthermore there must be no customization or custom imprint on the product you purchased.  You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. Custom imprinted products cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the product and you have permission from customer service to return the product.

2. Mail your returned item to:

* we do reserve the right to have your return sent back to the facility it originally came from.  In that case when you call or email us we will get you the address information for your return.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Custom imprinted, embroidered or otherwise customized products cannot be returned unless there was a problem with the order and you have gotten approval from customer service to return product.

Restocking Fee

All non-customized items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Returning Samples

Samples can be returned within 30 days if the items have not been worn, laundered or damaged in any way.  Please contact customer service to get the return information for your samples.  We generally ask you to ship back to the warehouse they shipped from with a valid RA#.  You are only responsible to pay for the samples you keep and the shipping cost to return the samples to us.  Some samples (under $10 for example) are free with a qualifying paid order.  See your sales agent or a customer service representative to see if your samples are free.
