Will I be able to see the logo on my product before it is printed? |

| Yes, we will send you an email proof showing what the logo will look like on your product. The proof will most of the time be a line drawing instead of an actual picture of product. |

Can I get rush service? |

Can I get multiple colors on my logo? |
| Yes, most products are available with multiple color imprints. This will in many cases be an additional charge. Contact us for more info and pricing. |

Have you charged my credit card yet? |
| In most cases, no. We do not charge your credit card until the product is printed and ships from our printing facility. This means there is a 1-2 week lag between the time you place your order and when the card is charged. If requested we can charge your card early and estimate the shipping costs. Please contact us for details. |

How can I cancel an order I placed? |
| If you have not already signed off on the artwork proof, you can change or cancel your order. Please contact customer service here. |

Is the amount in my shopping cart my final charge? |
| In most cases, no. Shipping, Ohio local tax (Ohio residents only), setup charges and any rush charges are not shown in your shopping cart. If you'd like a firm quote on the final costs let us know and we we'd be happy to get you a final price. |

In what quantities are golf balls sold? |
| Golf balls are sold per box as you would buy them at the store or golf course. In most cases golf balls are sold by the dozen. Please see the product detail page to find this information. |

Can we get embroidery on our product? |
| Embroidery is available on all apparel items and is sometimes included in the cost. Other items such as towels and bags may have embroidery as an option. Embroidery will need to be estimated for these items based upon the logo you send us. |

Can I have embroidery in multiple locations? |
| Yes, we can do multiple locations on most all apparel items. Please contact a customer service agent for additional pricing. |

Do you offer other products not shown on the site? |
| Yes, we offer many products that could not be listed on the website. If you are having a tournament, scramble or event that requires golf related products, please let us know. We can help you find virtually any product imaginable. |
